And with that, everything went black.
When I came to, I was lying on the sidewalk, my head throbbing with pain. My ex-girlfriend was nowhere to be seen, but I knew she was still out there, watching me.
I stumbled back home, determined to uncover the truth behind those ghostly figures and my ex-girlfriend''s strange behavior. But as I walked through the door, I knew that nothing would ever be the same again.
